Bramito is produced from the vineyards surrounding the medieval castle at Castello della Sala. One variety that thrives in this terroir is Chardonnay. The vineyards are on soils rich in fossil deposits with veins of clay that give the wine minerality and elegance. TASTING NOTES: Bramìto della Sala has a bright, intense straw yellow color. Notes of white flower blossoms and hints of chamomile dominate the nose accompanied by notes of Golden apples and hints of vanilla. The palate is fresh, extremely pleasant, and fully expresses Chardonnay’s varietal character.

First order, and very satisfied. The Giordano beans were a gamble, given it was 1kg. But I couldn’t be happier with its smooth taste and lush mouthfeel. Moreover, as much as I love Australian roasters, the caffeine of these beans reminds of my long lost Italiano trips. I’d forgotten how pleasant it is to enjoy an extra cup or two without the palpations. The Negroni was another gamble. I’m not a big cocktail fan. But this bittersweet thrill is my go to. Sadly, the Rossos out there often use E200s preservatives, which can pound the head immediately, and certainly generate hangovers. Gratefully, this pre-made mix is accurate and taste yet averts any sensitive soul reactions to those artificial preservatives so common in red wines.
